Mweb Disgusting Service

I am absolutely disgusted by the service we are currently receiving from Mweb, we app**** for a service on the 17.01.2023 and we are still waiting on installation and or feedback. We have spent hours waiting on the line only to get nowhere, not only that Mweb has deducted the monthly installment off of our account but has not provided us with any service. Getting a Manager and or Supervisor from Mweb to call us back is merely a waiting game (we are on week 3). Is this what Mweb's Services have come to? Please may someone make contact so we cancel our account, I am over it as there are other Companies that would want our business.
