MWEB-disgusting service

I had an account which was handed over for collection to ITCB in Feb already but Mweb still attempted to debit my account. I called my bank to stop the debit order but they advised it couldn't be done. I have paid R840.00 in unpaid charges and Meet refuses to take responsibility. I sent a complaint to their complaints department and the consultant simply rep**** management has come back and refuses to refund you or write off balance against amount owed and you can report us go the ombudsman. I want someone superior to contact me and tell me this so I can take this further.
