Mweb - disgusting service

Disgraceful service, request sent in to move fibre from one residential address to another on the 26th March. Processed only on the 5th of April and request sent to Openserve on the 11th of April. No one is willing to actually assist, dont know how to assist but debit order goes off like clock work. Good enough to ***** my money cause they have made it obvious that they do not work for an income. Data has cost me over R500 this month as I work from home. Pathetic excuse of a service provider. They are very quick to pass the blame onto Openserve!!!
