Mweb disgusting service

Mweb is my ISP from 6 months ago when I had our fibre connected. Since that first month, I have been paying R800 for what should be a 20/20 line. Its only 10/10. I have made numerous calls to their technical dept, just to be told it would be escalated. I continue waiting for an solution or even an update. Nothing of the sort. Call AGAIN, same story, technical now says its sales dept, they say its technical ??????. Over 2 months that this has been an issue without any end in site. Still paying though. It is the most disgusting service I have ever had to try deal with. Would not recommend MWEB to ANYBODY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
