MWEB Disgusting service

Dear mweb management (and other consumers), if there were minus ratings, you would rank lower than the current rating. Please explain to me as well as other consumers how you cancel my "services" and release my line, which then becomes immediately disconnected, however I need to pay a month's notice. I hope you check your mails and take note of my cancellation. A note to prospective consumers out there, if you rely on an adsl line, dont use the services of mweb. They charge for "line management" but hardy ever manage the line. You have to follow up and rely on openserve, who's turn around time is up to two weeks. If you can afford to go without internet for weeks at a time, invest your time and money in mweb.
