Mweb - Disgusting, Money Seeking and Dishonest

Absolutely disgusting service received from Mweb!!! Do not join them, they do not care about their customers, they only care about the money!

I upgraded my data, I'm being charged the upgraded amount, But, my usage has not been upgraded and has been capped at the old amount!!!

I spent R200 airtime calling them and trying to fix the problem, eventually ran out of airtime and no one has called me back - they had my details (it's been almost 3 weeks)! I have mailed twice, logged a ticket with them on my profile, and still no assistance, but they want their money for something I have not used / received!

They do not care at all about customers, they know nothing of customer service and treating customers fairly, and they do not care about the consumers act! They think they are above the law and can cheat their clients and take money for free!
