Mweb, you do not deserve to be in business. Your levels of company service are DISGUSTING! You let your customers be on hold for 26 minutes - YES!! 26 minutes and then when I finally get through, you put me through to another department and cut my call!!

Unbelievable! I called again 10 minutes later and was on hold for over 20 minutes and the same thing happened again! And this was for an upgrade on my Fibre line - where your company would make more money! Mweb - You don't deserve to exist. WARNING TO OTHERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
