MWeb disgusting customer service

I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service my 83 year mother has received from Mweb. She has been without WiFi for 24 hours and you are unable to contact anyone. You can't speak to a human all AI. I have reached out to them on platforms with no joy. I have been trying to cancel her contract same story. Everything leads to a robot. They increase there monthly amounts without even contacting the customer. I cannot wait to be able to be rid of them and change providers.
