MWEB disgraceful service...!

Absolutely disappointed with the disgusting customer service from MWEB...! It takes on average 7/10 minutes to get through to a call center agent and Every single person you get through to in the call center just wants to pass the buck over to the next person. They transfer calls 3 to 4 times claiming that you're in the wrong department everytime... Which obviously means that you've been transferred to the wrong department by a staff member...! Then eventually they just cut off the call... After 20 mins on that call, you must now call back and restart the process...!?!? I called in 17 times and my issue still isn't resolved....! There is just no winning with MWEB..!
