Mweb - disgraceful after sales service.

Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional!! After spending 1 and a half hours on the phone to try to get my fiber line activated, I was disconnected because the office closed at 17:00 even though the website states that it only closes at 19:00! Several agents (totally ***********) said they will transfer me to the "correct" activation department and only ended up transferring me to sales. eventually at activation I spent 24 minutes holding on just to be disconnected. I have never experienced such utter disrespect and *********** agents who are more interested in leaving their workplace than in customer service. The activation agent seemed to not even know of my account or the existence thereof. i truly wished that I could rather cancel this service before it even becomes active, if I only knew beforehand how terrible their service was.
