Mweb disgrace.

Every month I have constant line problems with Mweb. I log faults with the @mwebhelp twitter account. They advise me that all faults are telkom errors. On the weekend I logged a fault to resolve the line issue. Mweb calls through and ask if the issue was resolved and then I told them it has not. Later when I tried to follow up, they said that they have closed the fault and al has been resolved. I am paying the full price for the internet line. I get 1/10 or less of the speed. Should I not be paying less? They also advised it takes around 7-10 working days for telkom to come through. That is around half a month to fix a fault. I am utterly disgraced.

Unfortunately these are inconsistent faults which the average "technician" cannot resolve. I expect someone higher up to contact me. My home telephone number is ********** for purposes of puling up all the line details. Please contact me on my cellphone. Alternatively e-mail me on ********** as I could be in a meeting.

Below is the response I have received for the Mweb twitter account which I find absoloutely useless.

"Hi, I checked the account now and from what I see the fault has been closed. The feedback states that the faults team called you this afternoon and you advised that the connection is good and that we can close the fault. Telkom have also since closed the fault on the their side as they have repaired the fault remotely on their infrastructure. As a result the fault is closed."
