MWEB disgrace

I am unfortunately a Customer of MWEB. This company renders the poorest service imaginable. Over the Easter period I had no internet connection for almost a week now. I made many attempts to get any information from them. Not a word. I understand that they are blaming Vumatel but my neighbors using other ISP‘s had internet connection the whole time. By now I have received three SMS from Vumatel that the problem had been solved which is not the case. Because of non-existent response from MWEB I can only recommend to stay away from that company.
