One star only because there is no NIL star!! Cannot say anything good about MWeb at this time - due to the total lack of service delivery Fibre support non existent Customer support non existent Communication not responded to Treats me like a mushroom - feeds me s..t and keeps me in the dark! This after a approx 25 year relationship Lightstruck infrastructure and service outstanding - totally falls apart when it comes to Mweb side of the process
