Mweb Disaster Service Provider
If you want to waste your money use Mweb as your service provider. I implore you to rethink. They have to worst customer and product support than any other internet service provider. You are better off without internet if Mweb was the only service provider. In addition no point contacting them as well they have the worst contact center setup duration up to an hour hold on before they cut you off. Stay away. I can prove to you how poor there service is. If you want to use them be prepared to get no value in return.

So here is a new one. Mweb decided to susspend a fully paid account with no gap payments in between witout notification. Contacting them took between 3 to 4 hours holding process. When eventually answered I was exstorted to pay reconnection funds because the account was susspended. Providing evidence they still wanted the reconnection fee. Paid it and assurred services will be restored. Now on 3rd day no service.
Because customers give up on them they convert to exstortion of compliant and fully paid customers to keep the company going. In addition now requesting to cancel not willing to remain with them no answer yet.
People stay away from the provider they have zero ethics and no customer relations.
Find another provider but not Mweb.
Dont say I did not warn you. They throttle your speed and have no support.
Rather work from your phone wifi more reliable than Mweb.
