MWeb disaster provider.

I can't get my VOIP working. They keep me on the phone for 68 minutes and then cut me off and they will not phone back under any circumstances. So I'd have to hang on again from the beginning...Another HOUR on my cell phone. I've been doing this for 3 weeks.
