mweb disappoints!!!!

Despite being a client of mweb for years I have received poor service regarding an upgrade to fibre connection. The order was made by phone on 11th September and since then there have numerous excuses. The last report stated that my order had been cancelled by Openserve (who do the installation for mweb). I am very disappointed with Mweb and their partners in this industry.
