Disappointing Experience with Mweb

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Mweb. The phone calls were left unanswered for extended periods, and on the rare occasion someone picked up, I was asked for my ID number and then transferred only to be left hanging with no further assistance.

The lack of feedback and follow-through was astonishing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Mweb to anyone due to their subpar service.
