MWEB DESPICABLE SERVICE

I have been without wifi connection from Wednesday, 14 December. I have consistently called Mweb since Friday and to date, a technician has not been to my premises. I am paying for a service that is not being provided and in the interim I am having to spend money on data. Absolutely despicable service. Consultants are unhelpful. Its a complete waste of money to use their services when they can't provide timeous technical support.
