Mweb delivering bad service and poor internet connection

I have subscribed last week for a ADSL internet connection, but the connection is poor and cannot cope so that I (one person connected) cant even work. I have cancelled it within less than 7 days (cancellation date 24/03/2020) and still I have to give a months notices for poor connection and pay for this unacceptable service. This is super poor services and waiting for assistance when you call them expect to wait more than half an hour. Super disappointing and wont recommend MWEB to anyone - as they didnt even try to assist with a other solution to my problem
