Mweb deletes my requests without reading them
I have been requesting Cancellation of service for three weeks. and transfer of two domains. None of witch has been addressed. I get told they will do so. I put transfer order in at the new isp only to receive two rejected transfer emails from the new guys. I send an email this morning, only to get a report back saying my email was deleted and not even read! It is shocking, unprofessional and unacceptable.
