Mweb delaying release of Fibre line!!

I've Cancelled my Mweb account and it's been 4 days of waiting for them to release the line from Openserve... I get no feedback or etas as to when this will happen... This is frustrating, my job and livelihood are affected... We need to migrate to a new ISP but can't even do that because Mweb is delaying the release of the fibre line... Can't be constantly buying data because of Mwebs incompetence!!!

Somebody better fix this!!!

It's like we're being punished for leaving your company!!
