Mweb definitely not the #1 Service provider

Such a disappointing experience.

First called Monday with connection issues only to be told that Vumatel did not link my account, Thursday I was sent a payment link at 5am in the morning when I tried to make payment the link was gone. Was sent pillar to post being told VUMATEL did not link my account to them, spent over 4hours on the phone, got assisted only to be told to wait 24hours to get payment link, to my surprise 48HOURS LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE CONNECTION OR A PAYMENT LINK STILL SENT PILLAR TO POST NOW THEY'RE CLOSED AS IT'S AFTER 5 AND I AM STILL WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION.
