MWEB definitely hates their customers

This company is a nightmare. I took out fibre with the company. Have been having issues with connection and I called they sent someone on site. The past weekend the same issue occurred I called they promised to send out someone to no avail. Finally I decided to cancel and asked them to release my line earlier so that I can move to vodacom. I am told stories. They don't provide internet service as promised and they make it difficult for you to cancel. I understand that it takes a calender month to fully cancel which I agreed to and I said that they will get their installment. All I need is them to release the line early so that vodacom can start providing internet for me
