Mweb definitely dropping the ball

I noticed that my Fibre wasn't working for the past 3days which I have been calling then to no reasonable answer they reps gives run around when they are not hanging the phone my ear, I finally spoke to some lady by the name on mummy who advised that our line of over 15yrs was mysteriously cut off and she cudndnt give us answers as well, she said that a call was logged yesterday and they by end of business today we should have service, mweb is really dropping off the ball they don't care anymore about their customers. What's going on?????
