MWEB deducting money from me without providing any service

I recently did a quote with MWEB for fibre, no router delivered, no installation no activation nothing done but for the last two months they have debited my account. Literally *****. Will never use them for any service again. A nightmare to get a hold of their call centre to reverse these charges
