Mweb - Deducted R799-00 Off My Bank Account

My Debit Order on my Bank Account for my monthly Mweb subscription for R199-00. Received an SMS notification from my Bank this am stating R998-00 had been paid to Mweb who took it upon themselves to deduct R998 from my Bank Account!!! It is obvious that the R799 is for the supposed FREE FON ROUTER clients are given when they take out a Contract with Mweb? The Contract I received from Mweb stated:- You have purchased a Free Technicolor Router at the cost of R0.00 including Vat. My initial email to Mweb was on the 9 July 2015 in response to their email stating that I must install the Router within 60 days. Received SMS from Mweb on 24 July 2015, stating:- \MWebber
