Mweb deceiving

I was recently sent an email that my line will be upgraded free of charge, When they deducted the money I noticed an increase in the monthly fee. this is the second time this happened and i would like to get answers. I try phoning them but they never answer. the Queries section on the app is just as useless as they never answer my questions. this is really bad service from a major company
