MWEB DEBITS without providing service!!!!! NO CANCELLATION just taking money!!

The worst Service Provider. I moved house and followed their process to get fiber reconnected at the new premises. 2 weeks later and they could not deliver as promised. They then said I need to pay a new install fee... 2 weeks later after trying and trying to get fiber activated. I thought this is not fair, as this was not stipulated at the beginning. At this point I had already paid the upfront fee of R399. Still every agent could not help, no managers call back. eventually another amount get debited. I asked for a refund and to be cancelled as they could not deliver- how can i billed when no service was ever activated. THIS month another debit has been taken - WITHOUT any service. These companies have access to our bank accounts and can just debit but cannot return the money which was MINE since no service was EVER activated.

MWEB are taking money - they do not assist. they cannot follow THEIR OWN process and now I suffer from multiple debits. -NO managers call back - they dont care but can ***** money from my account - DISGUSTED and will never ever deal with them.
