Mweb debiting my account, without permission. Be Aware

Please assist with bad service from mweb.

I have phoned mweb to takemout an ADSL line frommthem, they told me they could not assist me, and theý will phone me back, I made use of another ISP and never heard from mweb again. Now I received email for 2 account statements, and a bounced debit order.

I ohoned them they told me they will sort it out and phone me bacķ and nothing has happend.

So not only are they trying to debit my account with out my permission, what means that they are trying to ***** my money, but they just dont care about what their unauthorized debit orders are doing to my credit score.

And they just dont even care to sort it out.
