Mweb debiting my account after closing the account

Despite closing my account qith mweb paying up in full because they couldn't provide a service in the new area I have moved to, they continue to debit my account which in my view is ***** because I closed my account not benefiting feom their service but they continue to debit my account and have now placed it in arrears because I refuse to pay for services I'm not getting.
