MWEB - DEBIT ORDER NIGHTMARE

I have requested now numerous times to update my new Banking Details. But still they use my old Account. And also they keep on debit my Account with the Monthly Subscription less R 249.00. So I have to EFT the R 249.00 each month. Why have debit order in place if I have to EFT the balance. Really pathetic service
