Mweb debit order

I have an account with Mweb for 2 month they are not debiting from my account, in March 2025 when I called them, they promised to sort out the debit till date they have not debited and when I call them their call center is always busy, I have spent R120 of airtime trying to talk to their agent. I am frustrated with Mweb because they will be blaming me that I don't want to pay them.
