Mweb Dante’s 1st Circle of Hell...Limbo

Been sent pillar to post more than 2 weeks now just trying to change OTP device.Completelly useless,must have spent 3 hours in total by now on phone.Also their automated prompts service doesn’t work after you’ve entered your id number,you can’t confirm it once they read it back to you. Then the division who is supposed to contact you regarding OTP device doesn’t accept inbound calls...so you can’t reach them,they can only reach you...however I keep getting email how they cant reach me...have suspicion they are actually trying to reach me on the old cellphone number..which I don’t have anymore...which is why I need to change OTP device...seems unlikely they can connect the dots...

Lord help us
