MWEB *******

I tried to cancel my account. I logged 5 queries and spend 1.5 hours on the phone with 13 different people!!! They charge me a cancellation fee of R3185.00 which includes R2300.00 for an installation fee of the ONT fibre box and cable, but the ONT box and Fibre cable was installed 3 years prior to my contract with MWEB by a different ISP. They never came to premise to inspect. I got a call from an openserve agent saying: "I installed a line there long ago. Is the ONT box still there? (I rep**** yes) In that case I'll just switch it one again, I don't have to install". Now MWEB wants to charge me R2300 for a service they did not render or pay for??? On top of that, today is the 1st of June, and since they have yet to cancel my account they charged me R625.00 for the month even though my 6 month contract only allows for R425 a month. This is blatant *******!! Yet I get no answer from anyone. I was directed to their sales department 5 times, then 4 times to technical, and then 4 times to billing before being cut off.
