MWEB is beyond pathetic. The internet drops every single day and makes it impossible to work on the computer. I am paying for a service that brings nothing but stress and frustration.

Every time I phone, the so-called “technical department” just makes a quick adjustment, but the problem is never fixed. The connection is still not in proper working order. This is nothing more than empty promises and excuses.

It’s time MWEB stops wasting customers’ time and money and finally provides the reliable service we are paying for.
