My name is Muhammed. On the 11th of January 2025 a Saturday. I received a call from an agent named Jenny. We signed up with Mweb to install wifi at our home. The conversation with the agent was so good to be true. Only to find out today on the 24-01-2025 that none of my name details or info was captured by the agent. She took us for such a joy ride. It has been 2weeks waiting and they don't even answer emails, if you have to call the *** follow the options they cut you off or the call just drops. This is such a pathetic useless **** service provider I really had seen the worst network provider. It takes them 24-48hrs to report or contact you and that too said that don't even get back Really not happy about it.
