Mweb cuts my internet.

MWEB decided to cancel my internet on a Saturday afternoon. I find this out when I phoned to inquire why I do not have internet. I actually did not cancel it and it is still down. All they need to do is reactivate me but they just blame Vumatel and say they can do nothing. What a useless ISP. So it is alright to take my monthly subscription and then cancel me without any notification from me.
