Mweb cutomer support is just terrible

Hi There,

I would like to report mweb for being the worst service provider and misleading customers. Firstly I was misinformed that my residence had fibre internet infrastructure. I did sign up only to find out that there isnt any infrastructure setup. When I did try to contract mweb regarding my concerns, its nearly impossible to contact anyone. There customer support is setup in such a way that it is nearly impossible to contact a consultant. I am also having extreme difficulty trying to contact mweb to have my account cancelled - it seems as though once you join, you cannot leave!!!!
