MWeb cutomer service failure

Exceptionally poor service. I wait for more than a month to have my fibre cable moved (hasn't happened yet), calling or life chats is an hour or more experience with no conclusive outcome. I'll have to get a private contractor to - and then MWeb will probably take exception to that!
