Mweb Customer support

I have been an mweb customer for 7 years and I have never had a pleasant experience when calling their customer service department. My average waiting time is about 1 hour, and when I eventually do get through to a consultant, they either need to transfer me to someone else or I get cut off. Many times when I contact the number for technical support, I get through to sales and need to be transferred. Why does this happen? During my latest attempt to contact them, I was caller number 81 and waited 1 hour 10 min. What a joke!! Do they not have enough consultants or do they just have so many problems with their products that people are calling in all the time? Mweb seriously needs to jack up their call center and customer service because they are worse than Home Affairs.
