Mweb Customer Services USELESS!!!
Order no X***. 11 days already, no phone call nothing. I asked them to speed up the process cause I'm leaving for Nairobi. Did absolutely nothing. Try phoned them, waited 28 min, my airtime were used up, they didn't pickup the phone. Trying to contact them via email. Useless. Website and customer services is so useless. You can't contact them via email.
