MWEB customer services

i have been trying to get hold of technical support for the last 3 hours mweb has no support numbers we can phone and no replies via mail AI bot support turns out to be useless. I will recommend everyone to move away from mweb and get another service provider MWEB is turning out to be a government institution. with great sales and NO support
