Mweb customer service very disappointing

I am afraid, just switched to mweb today because I was tired of the current internet provider. I called them after opening an account with them to correct the information they captured, but no response after several calls.

I checked the high number of negative reviews and now feeling so disappointed that I threw myself under the bus by switching to Mweb. I will cancel everything with them before they activate my service.
