MWEB customer service sucks

MWEB's live chat is ineffective and useless. You see this when you experience a technical challenge with the Internet. The platform promises a live agent that never arrives. The same treatment happens when you call the call center. The automated response says you are first in line, but no one picks up. Horrible customer service.
