Mweb customer service sucks

Since Thursday night load shedding our fibre WiFi is not working numerous calls to the call center on Friday were fruitless. This morning the lady on the technical support line is adamant that the line is working and that the outage has been resolved. She found it hard to believe that we have no service and she thought the job from her side is done as she then cut the call and put me onto the call service rating section where I rated Mweb and her service the worst I could. Call back second time the call gets cut on its own????
