Mweb customer service sucks

The internet never had a issue unfortunately can't say the same about the company I have been trying to sort out my account where they say I owe money which I don't, use of the mweb app is pathetic you log something Noone contact and when they do they know nothing and not helpfully at all the service center is a joke I want all my calls to be listen to cause the people have just ****
