Mweb customer service suck!!

Mweb has very poor customer services. I faced issues using their mobile app, then when I called their reps, I waited for 45 minutes before my call was abruptly ended. I then called the technical support and I was on hold for another 30 minutes and then told offices hours have ended. One would expect them to have a 24/7 tech support but that is too much to ask for considering the long line you have to wait before being attended to
