Mweb Customer Service - Not bad

Nothing spectacular and not the cheapest but I have always received good service.

Started with Mweb when we moved to Cape Town. Had some issues with the previous tenant's ISP but once that was sorted Mweb had me up and running in no time. In October 2020 we were fortunate to move into our first home we bought Once again issues with the previous ISP but once sorted they had us up and running in a day.

Guess its the luck of the draw. Who answers you call. Is he or she just keeping the seat warm or do they actually care about customer service.
