Mweb customer service is very poor

This is one of the worst ISP in South Africa , my services have been active since beginning of February but I have not being successful in connecting, I have made more than 30 calls to their technical division without any success, and that has cost me more than R300 of unsuccessful calls, Last week they promised to send Vodacom team at my place to resolve this fibre issue to date no one has called me give me an update, I'm still waiting for a miracle, I have the 1 month free deal but I doubt that it still stands, when choosing an ISP please stay away from choosing MWEB you will regret
