Mweb customer service is non-existent! Disgusted!!

If I could give mweb 0 stars, I would! So disgusted by the lack of customer service. My uncapped LTE internet speed is extremely slow! I've been trying to contact them and everytime I try the calls don't go through. Mweb is very quick to demand their money yet the customer service is appalling! So disgusted because I have an interview on Monday and my internet is slow! Do better mweb!!!!!!! Sort out this issue asap!!!
